About Comms Consult

We are an “Award Winning” Manchester based communications consultancy who design, supply and install a wide range of communication products & services for businesses of any size, throughout the UK.

After 10 years in the telecoms industry, we became “Independent” Telecoms Consultants in March 2008 and have established agent’s agreements with several Telecom resellers in the UK. We wanted partner companies that were engineer owned making their companies technically capable, well organised and customer service focused. This is very important to us as we do care about our customers and the service they receive before, during and after the implementation of their solution.

We now work with seven Telecom reseller partners, each supplying different manufacturer systems & solutions so we have no “axe to grind” when it comes down to providing the “RIGHT SOLUTION” to meet all your business requirements.

Each partner has been carefully vetted to ensure that they are technically capable, customer service focused and committed to delivering our promises.

Who We Are

There are now eight other Consultants working under the Comms Consult banner. All like minded individuals, sharing set standards & best practice.

Our business model is based on referrals; once we receive a referral we will carry out a “Fact find” meeting with the client in order to fully understand the customer’s issues, needs & requirements.

Once we have a full understanding we can then evaluate each partners offering and choose which system and partner is the “best fit” to provide the required solution.

Our philosophy is simple, we will be your single point of contact for all your communication system needs, so you only have one person to talk to (and shout at) when you need something.
