If you’re Gamma Horizon internet isn’t working, we have some quick troulbeshooting guides to help rectify these issues. Follow the steps below and if you have no success, please give us a call and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as swiftly as possible.

Restart Router

The first step we advise is to restart your Cisco router. This can be for many different reasons, but often if there is a glitch this can be a simple way to rectify the issue.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”4598″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”left-to-right”][vc_column_text css_animation=”right-to-left”]

Restart Your Switch

We then advise you restart the switch. You may have more than one switch depending o your setup, so we advise you figure out which switch is responsible for the phones you are having the issues with before restarting.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”4599″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”right-to-left”][vc_column_text css_animation=”left-to-right”]

Restart Your Phone

If this still hasnt rectified the issue, we advise you restart your handset. Replace Microfilter

If the previous steps have failed, we advise trying to change your ADSL filter, which should have been provided when with your router when the system was installed. Still Not Working?

If all the above steps still haven’t work please call us on 01204 306357 and we can log this as a fault with Gamma or investigate whether there is a problem with the line.
Please note, Gamma will NOT pursue the fault until all the above steps have been completed. We hope you don’t need to call us, but if you do, please don’t hesitate.
